Okay so not only did I recently realise I don’t foster enough of the new stuff, I also had a nagging that I don’t push enough jazz around the interweb.
I mean there can never be too much jazz in the ether, can there?
For those of you that are not familiar with the ’special interest’ sections of the record store, I will start light.
Light as in accessible. Not light as in lite.
Jeez. I’m not dropping any Kenny G. I don’t even own any…I think. Actually, just to confuse matters, today’s ‘light’ offering is about as ‘heavyweight’ as they get.
He reaches out there and doesn’t always come back, if you know what I mean. A few years ago I took my then girlfriend to see him live and she passed out. Now that is what I call heavy…weight…
