A warm welcome to new blog link Old Is The New Neu, some lovely mini-mixes on there, and good writing too. Check it out.
And actually, while I’m on the subject, there are some new links on both the music (Ill Communication) and the non-music blog sections (Everyday People) - so if you have some time do go visit. All killer, no filler.
I really dug the title of the blog too, as it reminded me of a description of this blog I once read on the ‘Net somewhere. It said that Innersounds was a ’70s and ’80s blog…
Ouch.
I’ll admit recently I’ ve been pretty backward looking but I don’t like to post too much new stuff, because if it is in the stores at the moment, you really should be going out there and checking it out for yourself. Plus I’m not going to give you a free copy of some track that is readily available. You need to spend your money and support these good music folk.
So, just to prove I have bought some records since February 23rd 1983…here’s a little 2005 action.
